About this Site
July 9th, 2006 by webgirl
Once again, we welcome you to the new BCAlumnae.org!
BCAlumnae.org is completely free for members and we hope you enjoy the content. This site is divided into 3 areas all of which require some level of registration to use:
Public space
The front end of our site is run on blog technology. This is the area you are currently viewing. This area of the site enables the members to quickly see updated information and also enables the web staff to manage the site, article submissions and events from the comfort of our homes. This area is controlled by membership registration. Please take a minute to review the blog Comment Policy.
Private Membership Area
We have also implemented a membersip area for BCU Alumnae. The purpose is to maintain updated contact information, register for Alumnae newletters and find long lost friends amongst the classmates, sisters, faculty and staff of BCU. From this area you can contact registered members, help the Alumnae Association communicate with you and eventually renew your Alumnae Association Membership dues online. Membership in this area is required to fully participate in all sections of BCAlumnae.org.
Discussion Forums
The Discussion Forums were created to enable us to talk freely and privately amongst ourselves. Reminice, keep up with each other, share your passions and generally interact. Participation in this area also requires Registration in the Membership area. Stop by often and join in the fun.
Our Commitment to Privacy
We despise spam as much as you do and every effort has been taken to protect your contact information. Please take a minute to review the Privacy Policy which you will find at the foot all Membership pages.
Final disclaimer
This site is an ongoing work in progress and we thank you for your patience. Should you discover a feature or function does not work as expected, please notify the webgirl using the links provided. We plan to expand the features and functionality including the addition of online support functions in the very near future.
Now, ladies and gentlemen, go ahead and Create a Membership Account! See you on the inside for a long stroll down the Lane — our virtual Memory Lane.
